Dr. Allen L. Brown CEO of Grassroots Community Network (GRCN) a non-profit 501c-3 organizations is a contracting consultant with Cal Poly University, who conducts a host of Youth and Staff Development workshops for school, community based organizations and businesses.
Dr. Brown a native born in Los Angeles has been featured as a keynote speaker and trainer through out the country. With 25 years of experience, his clients include U.S. Department of Justice, University of Southern California, UCLA, Los Angeles County Office of Education, Cal Poly Pomona University, Cal State Long Beach University / Upward Bound, Collaborative After School Project Partnership, Los Angeles County Probation Department, YWCA, Boys and Girls Club of America, California Conservation Corp.

GRCN Connecting Communities' primary purpose is to provide training and education in a workshop setting to at-risk youth an the underserved community to change negative behaviors and transition into independent living. The workshop topics addressed in the interactive workshops include resume creation, completing an application, interviewing tools, appropriate attire for interviewing and on the job, money management, conflict resolution, utilizing the web for career education requirements.
